Behind the Scenes
Sea Breeze is a short film by Chun-Yi Li as his graduation project of the MA program in filmmaking in the London Film School. It tells a story about a brief relationship between a Taiwanese mid-aged woman and a Filipino migrant worker.
The production took place in Sep. 2014 in Taipei, and the film was completed in 2015 in London.
SYNOPSIS
TRAILER
An incident brings a mid-aged Taiwanese woman and a young Filipino guy together. Although they can barely communicate with each other in language, she takes care of him out of instinct before her self-consciousness gets in the way to define what that ambiguous instinct is.
